Situations we write every day.

Standard brokers turn these files away. We work the hard ones — all day, every day.

Major conviction

DUI or impaired conviction

Coverage is still available, still legal to shop. We place DUIs with non-standard markets and re-shop you back toward standard rates the moment you qualify.

Licensing

Suspension or reinstatement

Suspension, reinstatement, or the first policy after a lift — there is a market for each. We know which carrier fits which story and what it will cost.

Driving record

Tickets & at-fault accidents

Three tickets. Two at-faults. A stunt conviction. We review your record, find the right carrier for your situation, and quote honestly.

Limited history

New driver (G1 / G2)

G1 or G2, returning from abroad, no Canadian history — we write new drivers every week and we'll tell you which carrier will treat you fairly right now.

Coverage gap

Lapsed or cancelled policy

Non-payment cancellation, missed renewal, material change — the lapse is fixable. It costs more for a year. Then we move you back.

Last resort

Facility Association

Facility isn't forever. In most cases we can transition you to a non-standard market within one or two renewals. We'll tell you exactly when.

    Tell us your situation.

Three minutes on the form above, or one phone call. We ask for enough to build a real quote — nothing you don't need to share.

  2. 02

    We shop sixteen carriers.

Including the non-standard markets most brokerages aren't appointed with. Competition means lower premiums and honest answers about which carrier fits your file.

  3. 03

    You choose what fits.

Bind by phone, email, or e-signature. We handle cancellation of any existing policy and the pink-slip paperwork. You're insured and moving forward.

Plenty of places to get a quote.

Here's what we think makes this one worth the five minutes.

01

Specialists, not generalists.

High-risk isn't a side file here. It's the practice. Carriers know us, underwriters pick up, files move.

02

Sixteen markets, one call.

Most brokerages carry three or four. Sixteen means real competition — and options when a standard decline rolls in.

03

A plan off high-risk rates.

Every client leaves with a roadmap. When convictions age off. What rate class you move into. When we re-shop.

04

Respectful, always.

You won't be lectured. You won't be asked to justify what happened. You'll be treated like someone moving forward — because you are.

Answered honestly.

The ones we hear every week, in plain English.

What makes a driver "high-risk" in Ontario?

Ontario insurers classify a driver as high-risk when their record includes impaired driving (DUI), stunt driving, multiple moving violations, at-fault accidents, license suspensions, or a lapse in coverage. High-risk simply means standard insurers decline the file — specialists and non-standard carriers will still write it.

Can I get insurance after a DUI in Ontario?

Yes. Ontario requires every licensed driver to carry auto insurance, and coverage remains available after a DUI through non-standard carriers and, if necessary, Facility Association. Expect higher premiums for roughly three to six years post-conviction. After that, we re-shop your file and transition you back toward standard rates.

What is Facility Association and should I be worried?

Facility Association is Ontario's insurer of last resort — a pool that guarantees coverage for drivers no standard or non-standard carrier will write. It is legitimate, regulated, and not a penalty. We only place clients with Facility when it is the best available option, and we actively transition you out.

How long do tickets and accidents affect my premium?

Minor convictions typically affect premiums for three years from the conviction date which is when the ticket is paid. At-fault accidents affect premiums for six to ten years. Major and criminal convictions affect premiums for three to six years depending on the carrier and situation. We track these dates for you and re-shop when you qualify for better rates.
